Detailed Procedure to Get Emirates Work Visa

Getting Employment Entry Visa of Emirates

To obtain the visa (and work permit) for entering the labor market, the first step is to obtain visa permits from the Labor Ministry (MOL), and the employer will apply on the employee's behalf. If a visa is to be submitted in one of these free zones, quotas must be approved before the employee reaches the UAE.

Free Zone businesses are constrained to work visa limits, generally with 12.5 square meter office space limited to one foreign worker. Furthermore, a quota for such vacancies is levied for all businesses with more than 100 workers. A quota upgrade can be applied but is not guaranteed if an allocation has already been obtained.

Contract and Signature of Job Offer

The next move is to submit the employee's work offer contract and return it to the employer. It must be both in Arabic and English and the employee's mother tongue (if that is different). It ensures that the applicant comes with a legitimate job, and MOL will check the offer note.

Work Permit Approval

The request for work permits must be accepted before the entry visa is issued. In this process of approval, the Labor Ministry typically decides whether there are no UAE unemployed who can do the jobs and whether the sponsor is a UAE-registered agency. Permission should otherwise be given.

Employment Entry Visa

The Ministry issued an Entry Visa, also known as a rose visa, after obtaining approval of a work permit, enabling applicants to enter the UAE legally. This allowance is available two months from the date of issue and requires the holder to stay in the UAE twice as long as the formal work permit is accepted for a term of 30 days.

Getting Work Visa and Resident Visa

Two options are required to enter the country and start work permits. The employee receives the entrance visa before arrival as they land at the airport. If the employee was still in the UAE on another form of access, once the entry visa is released, they must apply for a "state change" visa (or leave and re-enter the country with the Entry Visa).

Upon arrival into the country, workers have sixty days to complete all formalities to acquire a visa and work permit. These procedures should not only be taken to the last minute but should be carried out as quickly as possible.

Medical Screening

Before a permit can be given, the UAE wants all foreigners to take the medical test.

Biometrics of Emirates ID Application

After the form is entered in every typing center, the employee then has to go to the Emirates ID support center. An original valid passport and work entry license must apply for identity and get the biometrics completed.

Result of Medical Screening

The findings of the medical test must be collected and included in the application form.

Signature on the Labour Contract

As part of the application for a work permit, a signed work contract must also be submitted. The deal has a new date, which must be forwarded to the MOL within 14 days after the medical findings' announcement. You should submit the job contract to the website of MOL.

Since health care in the UAE is now mandatory, all employers can provide ex-pat employees with cover (or buy it on their own). Unless a valid insurance card, the work permit cannot be issued or extended.

Stamp in Passport of Resident Visa

To live lawfully in the UAE, any ex-pat employees and their family members require a visa. The visa is needed for bank accounts, car registration, and PO box opening.
